About Us

The Dyscalculia Network helps parents and teachers find support for those struggling with all aspects of numeracy.

The network was founded in 2019 by Catherine Eadle of The Little Maths Room who realised that she was helping hundreds of teachers, students and parents from all over the UK because there simply wasn’t the information and resources available online for those dealing with Dyscalculia

Together with Rob Jennings (Emerson House Learning centre) and with the support of Jane Emerson, leading author and Dyscalculia specialist, the Dyscalculia Network was born. Together, Catherine and Rob have built a destination for those looking for help and advice on all aspects of maths difficulties.

Catherine and Rob passionately believe that there should be greater awareness of the challenges many people face with numeracy. Often Dyscalculia is the poor relation to other special education needs and it is commonplace to hear, “I have never been good at maths”. For these people, improving has never been an option, but it should be. The Dyscalculia Network is the first step for those adults, children, parents and teachers.

“Love the fact that I can now access the support my daughter needs from my area.”
